For Hosts
Your submission must include the following details before you can post your pin.
- First & Last Name
- A valid phone number with country code (text or WhatsApp; by submitting, you consent to receive messages)
- A valid email address (important for communication)
Provide a detailed overview of your offerings in the description (e.g., stay type, food, motorcycle parking etc.…)
Your listing should mention:
- What you provide (e.g., bed, couch, yard, camper, garage, tools, local info)
- Preferred contact method (text, call, or email)
- When guests should reach out (e.g., “at least 48 hours in advance, between 9am–9pm”)
- Info about pets (for allergy considerations)
- Whether you offer food
- Regarding alcohol/420/2A friendliness status (local laws regarding substance usage vary between countries so verify the local regulations)
- How many guests you can host
- If you need to see ID, vaccine documentation, social media profiles or other identification
Any further information that may assist travelers is welcome.
All submitted Pins undergo monthly evaluation before becoming active. Following approval of your listing bab@thebikerstories.com will send an email containing your personal editing link (also search your spam folder).
For Guests
Check the website before contacting any host because it contains essential instructions for making proper accommodation requests.
Hosts should not receive communications prior to two weeks unless otherwise specified.
When contacting hosts by text or email you should include:
- Your name
- A mention of “TheBikerStories”
- When you’ll be in the area
- How many nights you’re requesting (this depends on the host)
- A social media link and/or a photo of you and your motorcycle
Pin Color Key
- YELLOW For local information only – do not ask to stay
- BLUE indicates an available outside space
- BROWN represents an interior space only
- GREEN indicates the space includes both interior and exterior areas
- BLACK indicates an insufficient description.
- RED pin indicates that the host is not available (no contact allowed).
- WHITE – Removal (Admin use only)
